1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts

Tips:

  • Use high-quality chocolate: The type of chocolate you use will have a big impact on the flavor of your fudge. Look for a chocolate that is at least 60% cacao content and has a smooth, rich flavor.
  • Don't overcook the fudge: Fudge is done cooking when it reaches a temperature of 234-238°F (112-114°C). Overcooking the fudge will cause it to become grainy and crumbly.
  • Let the fudge cool completely before cutting it: This will help the fudge to set properly and prevent it from crumbling.
