Tips:

  • Use frozen acai berry puree for a thicker, more flavorful pisco sour.
  • If you don't have acai berry puree, you can substitute frozen raspberries or blueberries.
  • Use fresh lime juice for the best flavor. Bottled lime juice can be used in a pinch, but it won't be as good.
  • Use a good quality pisco. A pisco that is made with 100% quebranta grapes will give you the best flavor.
  • Serve the pisco sour immediately, while it's still frothy.

Conclusion:

The acai berry pisco sour is a delicious and refreshing cocktail that is perfect for any occasion. It's easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. Whether you like your pisco sours sweet, tart, or somewhere in between, this recipe is sure to please. So next time you're looking for a new cocktail to try, give the acai berry pisco sour a try.
