1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ white cake mix
3/4 cup bottled nonalcoholic margarita mix
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon grated lime peel
3 egg whites
1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Additional grated lime peel, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom only and lightly flour 13x9-inch pan, or spray bottom with baking spray with flour. In medium bowl, mix crust ingredients. Sprinkle evenly on bottom of pan; press gently.
  • In large bowl, beat cake ingredients with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, then on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour batter over crust.
  • Bake 34 to 39 minutes or until light golden brown and top springs back when touched lightly in center. Cool completely, about 2 hours. Frost with whipped topping; sprinkle with additional lime peel. Store loosely covered in refrigerator.

1 package (3.4 ounces) instant lemon pudding mix
1 can (10 ounces) frozen nonalcoholic margarita mix, thawed
4 large eggs, room temperature
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons lime juice
3 teaspoons grated lime zest
GLAZE:
1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons lime juice

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 10-in. fluted tube pan. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, margarita mix, eggs, butter, lime juice and zest; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes., Transfer batter to prepared pan. 4 large eggs, (at room temperature)
1 boxed lemon cake
1 (3.4 ounce) box instant lemon pudding
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons lime juice
lime peel

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 10 cup bundt pan; set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl add all of the cake ingredients.
  • Using an electric mixer, set on low, beat until ingredients are combined. Turn mixer to medium and continue to beat for 4 minutes. Pour into a prepared pan.

1/2 cup gold tequila

1 1/2 tablespoons tequila
1 tablespoon triple sec
1/4 teaspoon lime zest

1 stick butter (softened)
4 eggs (room temperature)
1 white cake mix
1 box vanilla instant pudding (the smaller one)
1 can(s) (10 oz) frozen margarita concentrate (completely thawed)

1 Tbsp lime zest
GLAZE
1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp lime zest
1 1/2 c (about) powdered sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Pre Heat oven to 350° degrees & prepare Bundt style cake pan. ( I use bakers joy)
  • 2. Mix butter, eggs, margarita concentrate (completely thaw first or butter will lump), lime juice & zest together.

1/4 c vegetable oil
1 1/4 c margarita mix
1 box (3 ounce) box lime Jell-o
3/4 c boiling water
3/4 c tequila with 1 1/2 ounce of it grand marnier
1 8 ounce container whipped topping (thawed)

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, blend all cake ingredients and margarita mix together until smooth. Pour cake batter into a greased (cooking spray) 13X9X2 baking pan.
  • 2. Bake at 350-degree oven for 30-35 minutes and the cake is done. (To test for doneness, insert a wooden toothpick in the center; if it comes out clean, the cake is done.)
