Tips:

  • Choose the right mozzarella cheese. Fresh mozzarella is best, as it will melt and stretch nicely. You can also use low-moisture mozzarella, but it will not be as gooey.
  • Cut the mozzarella sticks into even pieces. This will help them cook evenly.
  • Coat the mozzarella sticks in breadcrumbs. This will help them brown and crispy in the air fryer.
  • Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket. Leave some space between the mozzarella sticks so that they can cook evenly.
  • Cook the mozzarella sticks until they are golden brown and melted. This will take about 4-5 minutes.
  • Serve the mozzarella sticks immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Conclusion:

Air-fried mozzarella sticks are a delicious and easy appetizer or snack. They are perfect for parties, game days, or a quick weeknight meal. With just a few simple ingredients and a few minutes in the air fryer, you can enjoy crispy, gooey mozzarella sticks that the whole family will love.
