AIR FRYER ROASTED GARLIC

Air Fryer Roasted Garlic image

Roasted garlic adds so much flavor to all dishes. Now it's super easy to make in an air fryer. Once roasted, the cloves easily pop out of their paper casings and are soft as butter. Try spreading on crusty bread or crackers, or use for garlic toast.

AIR FRYER GARLIC MUSHROOMS

Air Fryer Garlic Mushrooms image

These easy Air Fryer Garlic Mushrooms are a delicious side dish, made with just a few simple staple ingredients!

Provided by Laura

Categories     Side Dish

Time 25m

Number Of Ingredients 10

16 ounces baby bella mushrooms
1.5 Tablespoons oil of choice (see variations below)
2 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1.5 Tablespoons sesame oil
1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 green onions (sliced)
1.5 Tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh parsley (minced)
1 Tablespoon coconut aminos

Steps:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C). If your air fryer doesn't have a preheat setting, turn to 400 degrees and wait about 5 minutes for it to come to temperature.
  • Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms in half and mince the garlic.
  • Add the mushrooms, oil of choice, salt, and garlic to a large bowl. If using the optional balsamic vinegar or coconut aminos, add that in as well. Mix well to coat the mushrooms with the oil and seasonings.
  • Once the air fryer is hot, pour the seasoned mushrooms into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Although the mushrooms may touch (they'll shrink a lot during cooking), be careful not to overcrowd the basket too much.
  • Close the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes, then stop to gently shake the basket or use a spatula to turn them. Air fry again for another 5-7 minutes, checking near the end of the cook time to make sure they aren't overcooking.
  • Transfer the cooked mushrooms to a serving bowl or dish, garnish with green onions or parsley (if using), and serve!

AIR FRYER MUSHROOMS WITH GARLIC AND PARSLEY

Air Fryer Mushrooms with Garlic and Parsley image

Air fryer mushrooms is a new amazing way to roast mushrooms easily, fast, with full of flavor! I love how they turn out pretty darn amazing with crispy edges, deep brown color, melt-in-your-mouth DELISH, and beautifully wrinkly; while retaining their juiciness and tenderness. Air fryer mushrooms will complete any meal with just 5 minutes of prep time and less than 10 minutes of cooking time.

Categories     Air Fryer Recipes

Time 13m

Number Of Ingredients 7

8 oz whole baby Bella mushrooms, sliced in halves. This recipe will work great with most standard mushrooms of your choice. White button mushrooms, Portobello mushrooms, Shiitake mushrooms
1 Tablespoon olive oil or Avocado oil
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 garlic clove, finely chopped or minced
1 Tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped; or green onion

Steps:

  • Slice button mushrooms in halves (or thirds). Store-bought pre-sliced mushrooms will work too.
  • Place mushrooms in the mixing bowl and coat with oil and soy sauce. Let them in the mixture for 5 minutes. Do not let the mushrooms sit in the soy sauce mixture for too long. Mushrooms can easily absorb the soy sauce and may turn out too salty. This is just not to my taste.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 3 minutes.
  • Place mushrooms in a single layer onto the air fryer tray or basket right after you coat them with olive oil and soy sauce
  • Air fry mode (air crisp) at 400F (200C) for 8-10 minutes.
  • Flip or shake halfway
  • Now, your mushrooms are ready. Place them onto the serving plate. Add chopped garlic, pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well and enjoy!
  • Sprinkle on some Parmesan cheese if desired. Parmesan cheese adds a rich, savory taste to these mushrooms.

AIR-FRYER GARLIC-THYME MUSHROOMS

Air-Fryer Garlic-Thyme Mushrooms image

Air-frying mushrooms extracts some of their moisture, making their flavor more concentrated and their texture meatier. Don't worry if the basket seems quite full when the mushrooms first go in; as they cook, they shrink. You will need to stop and shake the basket halfway through the cook time to ensure the mushrooms cook evenly. Though fresh garlic has more pungency, we opt for garlic powder here because it covers more evenly and won't burn. Serve with grilled steak or pork, spoon over sautéed chicken breasts, or pile atop a grain bowl.
