Steps:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 355 degrees F (180 degrees C).

4 tablespoons chopped chorizo
¾ cup (89g) gluten free breadcrumbs
1 bell pepper (deseeded and grated)
1 small onion (grated)
2 eggs (lightly beaten)

1 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Tamari Soy Sauce (or Worcestershire sauce, if not gluten free)
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

1/4 Cup Whole Milk
1 Large Egg
2 Garlic Cloves - peeled, grated
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Dried Italian Seasoning
Salt/Pepper - to preference
Glaze:
1/2 cup Ketchup
1 teaspoon Spicy Brown Mustard
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Steps:

  • In large bowl combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix until ingredients come together. Do not over-mix.
