Tips:

  • Use thin-cut pork chops: This will help the schnitzel cook evenly and quickly.
  • Tenderize the pork chops: Pounding the pork chops with a meat mallet will help to tenderize them and make them more receptive to the breading.
  • Use a flavorful breadcrumb mixture: The breadcrumb mixture is what gives the schnitzel its crispy outer coating. Be sure to use a mixture that is well-seasoned and flavorful.
  • Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket: If you overcrowd the basket, the schnitzel will not cook evenly. Cook the schnitzel in batches if necessary.
  • Cook the schnitzel until it is golden brown and crispy: The schnitzel is done cooking when it is golden brown and crispy on the outside and cooked through on the inside.

Conclusion:

Air fryer pork schnitzel is a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for a weeknight dinner. The schnitzel is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and it is served with a flavorful lemon-herb sauce. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
