1 Tbsp (16g) Olive Oil, divided
1 clove Garlic, crushed*
Pinch of Kosher Salt
2 Tbsp (15g) Grated Parmesan
1/4 tsp Red Pepper and Parsley Flakes (optional)

Steps:

  • Cut the radishes in half (quarter any extra large radishes) and toss with 1/2 Tbsp (8g) olive oil. Add the radishes to an air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes at 400ºF.
  • In the same bowl, add the remaining 1/2 Tbsp of olive oil, crushed garlic, salt, red pepper, and parsley flakes. Stir everything together.
  • After 8 minutes in the air fryer, add the radishes back to the bowl with the olive oil mixture, tossing to evenly coat. Add the grated parmesan and stir everything together until the radishes are evenly coated in parmesan.
