Tips:
- Choose the right salmon. Canned salmon is a great option for these patties, as it is already cooked and flaked. Look for wild-caught salmon, which is lower in mercury and higher in omega-3 fatty acids.
- Season the patties well. Salmon patties can be bland, so it's important to season them well. Use a variety of spices and herbs, such as dill, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Don't overcook the patties. Salmon patties are delicate and can easily overcook. Cook them just until they are heated through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve the patties with your favorite dipping sauce. Salmon patties are delicious served with a variety of dipping sauces, such as tartar sauce, dill sauce, or lemon-herb sauce.
Conclusion:
Air fryer salmon patties are a quick and easy way to enjoy a healthy and delicious meal. They are perfect for a weeknight dinner or a casual lunch. Serve them with your favorite dipping sauce and a side of vegetables for a complete meal.
