Tips:

  • Choose the right cut of steak: Flank steak, skirt steak, and hanger steak are all good choices for air fryer steak tips. These cuts are relatively thin and cook quickly, so they're perfect for the air fryer.
  • Marinate the steak tips: Marinating the steak tips in a flavorful marinade will help to tenderize them and add flavor. You can use a simple marinade made with olive oil, garlic, and herbs, or you can try a more complex marinade with ingredients like soy sauce, honey, and ginger.
  • Preheat the air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to the desired temperature before adding the steak tips. This will help to ensure that the steak tips cook evenly.
  • Cook the steak tips in batches: If you're cooking a lot of steak tips, cook them in batches so that they don't overcrowd the air fryer. This will help to ensure that they cook evenly.
  • Don't overcook the steak tips: Steak tips are best cooked to medium-rare or medium. Overcooking them will make them tough and chewy.
  • Serve the steak tips immediately: Once the steak tips are cooked, serve them immediately with your favorite sides.
