2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and ground black pepper to taste
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 cup panko bread crumbs
nonstick cooking spray

Tips:

  • For the best results, use thin-cut veal cutlets. If your cutlets are too thick, they will not cook evenly in the air fryer.
  • Season the cutlets generously with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs and spices. This will help to enhance the flavor of the meat.
  • Be sure to preheat your air fryer before cooking the cutlets. This will help to ensure that they cook evenly.
  • Cook the cutlets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Overcrowding the basket will prevent the cutlets from cooking evenly.
  • Cook the cutlets for 5-7 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through. The internal temperature of the cutlets should reach 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Serve the cutlets immediately with your favorite sides. They are delicious served with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a simple salad.

Conclusion:

Air fryer veal cutlets are a quick and easy way to enjoy a delicious and healthy meal. They are perfect for busy weeknights or for entertaining guests. With just a few simple ingredients and a few minutes of cooking time, you can have a delicious meal that the whole family will love.
