EASY, BREEZY, CHEESY STUFFED BREAD (DOMINO'S® COPYCAT RECIPE)
This cheesy stuffed bread is crispy on top, chewy inside and very cheesy, but beware... it's very dangerous. You can get addicted! I fell in love with this particular side from Domino's® and have been searching for a comparable recipe. After some trial and error I figured out one that is pretty darn close and won't cost me $12 for food, delivery fee, and tip when the craving is overwhelming late at night and my toddler is fast asleep. Serve with marinara sauce.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a large baking sheet.
- Roll dough out into a large rectangle on a flat work surface. Brush with 3 tablespoons melted butter and sprinkle with cornmeal. Flip dough over and scatter mozzarella cheese, Mexican cheese blend, and 1 cup Cheddar cheese on top. Fold the dough in half and press edges together with your fingers to seal.
- Brush remaining 1 tablespoon butter over dough and lightly sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon Cheddar cheese, dried parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder. Make shallow cuts 1 inch apart across the top with a knife, so that you can easily pull the bread apart after baking.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bread is golden brown and cheese is bubbly about 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before pulling strips apart.

- Transfer the loaf to a shallow bowl and serve whole at the table for guests to tear apart with their fingers.
CHEESY BREAD WITH MARINARA
Soft, pillowy bread stuffed with melty mozzarella and dipped in a marinara sauce makes for an easy, crowd-pleasing appetizer or side dish. Here, store-bought sauce is doctored up with a few pantry staples, including dried oregano, garlic and red-pepper flakes, but you can use homemade sauce, too. Slice the bread or let everyone tear off pieces, like they would a fresh baguette, for a more spontaneous, cheese-pull moment. To round out the spread with something green, roast broccolini, broccoli or kale on a sheet pan in the oven as the bread cooks, then dip alongside. For a crunchier exterior, unwrap the bread and cook uncovered for the last 5 minutes.

Steps:
- Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Halve the loaf lengthwise almost all the way through, leaving it attached on one side. Open it, lay it flat and brush the insides with 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil. Tuck in the mozzarella, then sprinkle with salt and ¼ teaspoon oregano. Close, then wrap tightly with foil. Place on a sheet pan, and bake for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil, garlic, remaining ½ teaspoon oregano and red-pepper flakes over medium-high, stirring occasionally, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in the marinara sauce and adjust the heat to bring it to a gentle boil, then stir in the sherry vinegar, if using. Reduce the heat to maintain a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally, until the bread is ready, about 15 minutes more. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the sauce to a bowl or serve from the pan, and top with grated Parmesan. Slice the bread, or let everyone pull the pieces apart themselves. Keep wrapped until ready to eat.
Tips:
- Choose the right bread: A good quality, sturdy bread is essential for this recipe. Look for a bread that is slightly crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. Avoid using a bread that is too soft or too hard.
- Use fresh ingredients: This recipe is best made with fresh ingredients. Use fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, and fresh tomatoes. Avoid using pre-shredded cheese or frozen vegetables.
- Don't overstuff the bread: It is important not to overstuff the bread, or it will be difficult to close and the filling will ooze out. Fill the bread with just enough filling so that it is snugly packed.
- Bake the bread until golden brown: The bread should be baked until it is golden brown on top. This will ensure that the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is cooked through.
Conclusion:
Almost Famous Stuffed Cheesy Bread is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack. It's perfect for parties, potlucks, or just a quick and easy meal. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can make this delicious bread that is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
