1 onion, diced
1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut
5 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup cream (you can add milk like i have to)
2 cups water
2 cups instant potato flakes

Steps:

  • saute onion in butter
  • add sauerkraut you can drain it ,if thats what you do.
  • saute until onion light gold
  • add water.
