EGGS ANYTIME

Eggs Anytime image

We eat eggs for breakfast but in reality they can be eaten at any meal. We, sometimes, make a simple meal out of eggs, beans & rice with warm tortillas on the side. This is probably considered spanish style since I learned this from my mother in law who is from El Salvador. You might think of eggs with green beans or cauliflower...

1 -2 green onion, sliced
1/2 cup mushroom
1/2 cup chopped broccoli

Tips:

  • Use fresh eggs. The fresher the eggs, the better they will taste and the more nutrients they will contain.
  • Cook eggs over low heat. This will help to prevent them from overcooking and becoming rubbery.
  • Don't overcook eggs. The yolk should be slightly runny for a soft-boiled egg, and the white should be set but still slightly soft for a hard-boiled egg.
  • Season eggs to taste. Salt and pepper are classic seasonings, but you can also try other spices, herbs, or sauces.
  • Serve eggs with a variety of toppings. Some popular toppings include bacon, cheese, avocado, salsa, and hot sauce.

Conclusion:

Eggs are a versatile and nutritious food that can be enjoyed in many different ways. Whether you like them scrambled, fried, boiled, or poached, there is an egg recipe out there for everyone. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, reach for a few eggs and get creative!
