Tips:
- Use a variety of cheeses: You can use any type of cheese you like in these tartlets, but a good combination is a blend of mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan.
- Don't overfill the tartlet shells: The filling should come up to the top of the shells, but it shouldn't be overflowing.
- Bake the tartlets until the cheese is melted and bubbly: This will take about 15-20 minutes.
- Let the tartlets cool slightly before serving: This will make them easier to handle and eat.
- Serve the tartlets with your favorite dipping sauce: Marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or blue cheese dressing are all good options.
Conclusion:
Pepperoni and cheese tartlets are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with just a few simple ingredients and can be customized to your liking. Serve them with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
