1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon kosher salt
4 pounds pork baby back ribs

Tips:

  • Choose the best ribs: Look for baby back ribs that are meaty and have a good amount of marbling.
  • Prepare the ribs properly: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and trim any excess fat.
  • Use a flavorful rub: The rub is what gives the ribs their flavor, so make sure to use a blend that you like. Experiment with different spices and herbs to create your own unique rub.
  • Cook the ribs slowly and low: This will help the ribs to become tender and fall off the bone.
  • Baste the ribs frequently: Basting the ribs with apple juice or barbecue sauce will help to keep them moist and prevent them from drying out.
  • Let the ribs rest before serving: This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the ribs, making them even more tender and flavorful.

Conclusion:

Apple and BBQ sauce baby back ribs are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. Just follow the tips above and you'll be sure to impress your friends and family. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced cook, this recipe is sure to please.
