Tips for Making Apple Cheesecake Snack Bars

- If you don't have a 9x13 inch baking pan, you can use a 9-inch square pan. Just be sure to adjust the baking time accordingly. - If you want a thicker crust, press the cookie dough into the bottom of the pan more firmly. - If you don't have time to chill the dough, you can bake it right away. However, chilling the dough will make it easier to work with and will result in a more even bake. - Be sure to use cold butter when making the crust. This will help to keep the dough from spreading too much in the oven. - If you don't have any lemon juice, you can use white vinegar instead. - Be sure to drain the apples well before adding them to the cheesecake filling. This will help to prevent the filling from being too watery. - If you want a more tart cheesecake, you can use sour cream instead of plain yogurt in the filling. - Be sure to bake the cheesecake until the center is set. This will take about 45-50 minutes. - Let the cheesecake cool completely before cutting into it. This will help to prevent the cheesecake from falling apart.
