1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup skim milk
3/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 medium apple, cored and chopped

Steps:

  • Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
