2 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ cup water
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup rolled oats
1 cup packed brown sugar
¾ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 pinch salt
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Steps:

2 1/2 tablespoons stick margarine, chilled and cut into small pieces
5 cups thinly sliced peeled granny smith apples
vegetable oil cooking spray
2 tablespoons apricot preserves
