2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 ounces unsalted butter, chilled, and cut into small cubes
1/2 cup peanut brittle, chopped
1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
vanilla ice cream (for serving)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Rub butter to coat bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
