1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2/3 cup water
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon white vinegar

3 medium apples, diced

1/3 cup diced celery
1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks

  • For dressing, in a small saucepan, combine the sugars, flour and water until blended. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
