SALSA:
2 medium tart apples, chopped
1 cup chopped strawberries
2 medium kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
1 small orange
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons apple jelly, melted
CHIPS:
8 flour tortillas (7 or 8 inches)
1 tablespoon water
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine apples, strawberries and kiwi. Grate orange peel to measure 1-1/2 teaspoons; squeeze juice from orange. Add peel and juice to apple mixture. Stir in brown sugar and jelly. , For chips, brush tortillas lightly with water. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over tortillas. Cut each tortilla into eight wedges. 2 medium Granny Smith apples
1 pint strawberries, diced
2 kiwi, peeled and diced
1 small orange
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons apple jelly
CINNAMON CHIPS:
4 (7-inch) flour tortillas
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • SALSA: Peel, core, and slice apples. Chop apples, strawberries & kiwi with food chopper. Place chopped fruit in 1 quart bowl. Zest orange and juice. 8 ounces raspberries
1 pound strawberries
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor
10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
butter flavored cooking spray
2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar

Steps:
