- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt margarine in 12 inch skiller over medium heat. Add apples and onion. Cook until onion is soft, about 10 minutes.
- Let cool, scrape into a large bowl and mix in turkey and all the spices, parsley, egg whites, bread crumbs and milk. Pat into a 9x5 loaf pan. Bake til brown on top and no longer pink, about 1 hour.
- Drain fat from loaf pan, invert pan and turn loaf onto a platter.

- Saute onion and apple until limp; add curry powder, coriander, and parsley; continue cooking for two more minutes.

- Pat into a 9x5 loaf pan or 8" square pan; bake one hour at 350 degrees. Test by cutting to be sure that loaf is not pink in center.

- Place ground turkey in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the egg/yolk, carrots, applesauce, spices, bread crumbs and bran.
- Mix well - If this mixture appears too dry, add more carrots or applesauce. If this mixture appears too wet, add more bran and/or bread crumbs.
- Place mix into a lightly oiled (olive oil) loaf pan and bake at 350F for approximately 45 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
