- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add apples; cook and stir until apples are just tender. Stir in the remaining filling ingredients. Cook 10-15 minutes, stirring until thickened. - 1. Select the type of canned fruit pie filling you want, I used Apple, but you can use Blueberry or Cherry too! 1 Flour Tortilla per person
- 2. Place at least two tablespoons of canned fruit pie filling on one half of the flour tortilla, fold over other half. Make sure not to overfill with fruit pie filling, you don't want it spilling out. Melt at least two tablespoons of butter in your frying pan,on Medium heat.
- 3. Place the turnover in the melted butter, then quickly turn over, now the buttered side is up, shake on your cinnamon/sugar, fry till its a nice brown, turn over and now shake the cinnamon/sugar on the other side and fry till it a nice brown.
