Tips:

  • Choose ripe and firm berries: This will ensure that your gelatin mold has a vibrant color and a sweet, juicy flavor.
  • Use a variety of berries: This will add visual appeal and depth of flavor to your mold.
  • Chill the applesauce and gelatin mixture before adding the berries: This will help the mold set more quickly and prevent the berries from sinking to the bottom.
  • Use a mold with a smooth surface: This will make it easier to unmold the gelatin when it is set.
  • Chill the gelatin mold for at least 4 hours, or overnight: This will allow it to set completely.
  • To unmold the gelatin, dip the mold briefly in hot water: This will loosen the edges of the gelatin and make it easier to remove from the mold.
