This is so good and refreshing. Nice drink to keep in the freezer during summer. This is great to bring camping if you have a freezer. Cooking time is freezing time. Servings are "guesstimated".

Tips:
- Choose ripe apricots: The riper the apricots, the sweeter and more flavorful your slush will be. Look for apricots that are plump and have a deep orange color.
- Freeze your apricots ahead of time: This will help to create a slushy texture. You can freeze your apricots whole or sliced.
- Use a high-powered blender: This will help to create a smooth and creamy slush. If you don't have a high-powered blender, you can use a regular blender, but you may need to blend the slush for longer.
- Add ice cubes if needed: If your slush is too thick, you can add ice cubes to thin it out. You can also add frozen fruit to make your slush even more refreshing.
- Garnish with fresh fruit or herbs: This will add a pop of color and flavor to your slush. Some good options include mint leaves, basil leaves, or sliced fruit.
