1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream the butter, shortening and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. ¾ cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar

¾ cup dried apricots, chopped

½ cup turbinado sugar

1/2 c packed, light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 c rolled oats
