1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1-1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can (12 ounces) apricot filling
TOPPING:
1/3 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups sweetened shredded coconut

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add milk and vanilla; mix well. 1 can (8-1/2 ounces) apricot halves
1/4 cup shortening
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup 2% milk
1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
TOPPING:
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
2 tablespoons 2% milk
