  • Place salad greens, bell pepper, mushrooms and beef in large bowl. Add remaining tomato mixture and toss.

Tips:

- Choose high-quality ingredients for the best results. Look for fresh, tender steak and plump, juicy scallops. - Use a sharp knife to cut the steak into thin strips. This will help them cook evenly. - Marinate the steak in the sherry vinegar sauce for at least 30 minutes. This will help tenderize the meat and infuse it with flavor. - Preheat your grill to medium-high heat before cooking the steak and scallops. This will help prevent them from sticking to the grill. - Cook the steak and scallops for a few minutes per side, or until they are cooked to your desired doneness. - Serve the steak and scallops immediately with the sherry vinegar sauce and grilled scallions.

Conclusion:

These argentinean skewers with sherry vinegar steak sauce and grilled scallions are a delicious and easy-to-make meal. They are perfect for a summer cookout or a special occasion dinner. The steak is tender and flavorful, the scallops are juicy and succulent, and the sherry vinegar sauce is tangy and delicious. The grilled scallions add a nice smoky flavor to the dish.
