3 lbs. fish
Seasoned Flour:
2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Yorkshire Pudding:
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk

Steps:

  • 1. Dip fish in water then in seasoned flour. 2. Place on wax paper lined tray and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. 3. In a medium bowl, combine pudding ingredients.. Mix well. 4. Heat oil to 370 degrees. 5. Dip fish in batter and fry 4-5 mins. on each side or until golden brown. 6. Drain on paper towels.
