Steps:
- 1. Spray a 12 inch skillet or wok with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot. Stir-fry beef (or chicken) 3-4 minutes; remove to a plate or bowl and cover to keep warm.
- 2. Add the water and garlic to the skillet; bring to a boil. Stir in the noodles, contents of seasoning packets, ginger, and vegetables. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer for 3 minutes until the noodles are tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Return the meat to the skillet; cook just until heated through. Sprinkle with green onion and serve.
Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the dish will taste. Look for fresh vegetables, high-quality beef, and a flavorful sauce.
- Marinate the beef: Marinating the beef helps to tenderize it and infuse it with flavor. You can use a simple marinade made with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger, or you can get creative and experiment with different flavors.
- Cook the beef in a hot pan: This will help to sear the beef and lock in the juices. Be sure to not overcrowd the pan, or the beef will not cook evenly.
- Use a flavorful sauce: The sauce is what really brings the dish together. You can use a store-bought sauce, or you can make your own. If you are making your own sauce, be sure to taste it and adjust the seasonings as needed.
- Serve the dish over noodles: Noodles are the traditional accompaniment to Asian beef stir-fries. You can use any type of noodles you like, such as rice noodles, ramen noodles, or udon noodles.
Conclusion:
Asian beef noodles are a quick and easy weeknight meal that is sure to please the whole family. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create a delicious and flavorful dish that will rival your favorite takeout. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy meal, give Asian beef noodles a try. You won't be disappointed.
