Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the dish will taste. Use fresh vegetables, tender beef, and flavorful noodles.
- Marinate the beef: Marinating the beef in a flavorful mixture of soy sauce, rice wine, and spices will help to tenderize it and infuse it with flavor.
- Cook the beef in a hot pan: This will help to sear the beef and lock in the juices.
- Don't overcook the beef: Overcooked beef will be tough and chewy. Cook it until it is just tender, about 3-5 minutes per side.
- Use a variety of vegetables: This will add color, texture, and flavor to the dish. Some good choices include broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, and baby corn.
- Cook the vegetables until they are tender-crisp: You don't want them to be mushy, but you also don't want them to be raw.
- Use a flavorful sauce: The sauce is what will bring all the flavors of the dish together. Use a sauce that is salty, sweet, and savory.
- Serve the dish hot: This is a dish that is best enjoyed hot off the stove.
