Place the steaks on the grill and cook until nicely marked on both sides, about 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes. Then thinly slice, and serve over jasmine rice if desired, garnished with chopped green onions.

Tips:
- For the best results, use a skirt steak that is at least 1 inch thick.
- Be sure to score the steak against the grain before marinating it. This will help the marinade penetrate the meat and make it more flavorful.
- Allow the steak to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
- When cooking the steak, be sure to sear it over high heat to create a nice crust. Then, reduce the heat and cook the steak to your desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing it. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the meat and make it more tender.
Conclusion:
This Asian marinated skirt steak is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal or a special occasion. The marinade infuses the steak with tons of flavor. The steak is then cooked to perfection and served with a simple garnish. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
