1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (4.5 ounce) can small shrimp, drained
¼ cup mayonnaise
3 teaspoons dry sherry
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
1 teaspoon grated onion
1 dash seasoned salt

Steps:

  • Melt cream cheese in the top of a double boiler. Stir in shrimp, mayonnaise, sherry, mustard, onion, and seasoned salt until combined.

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Old Bay TM seasoning
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
