TURKEY BLACK BEAN CHILI
A chef made this at a cooking class in the upstairs room at the supermarket in town. When I looked over the recipe, I thought "I'm not going to like this". When I watched the prep & the end result, I thought "I'm not going to like this". She served it over a combination of white & brown rice with a side salad. Was I ever wrong. I liked it very much & I will be making it for my DH very soon!

From The Parker Ranch Grill in Kamuela, Hawaii. I'm told it's still too mild even after adding habenero and jalapeno peppers to it.

AUNT PATSY'S TURKEY& BLACK BEAN CHILI
My family has lot's of great cooks. My Aunt Patsy is one of the best. She made this chili and everyone enjoyed it,I usually don't like a lot of items mixed up together but I thought it was delicious. The original recipe called for several spices but she used an envelope of chili seasoning instead.I think it was Mc Cormick, but use what you like. She also used canned beans, corn and tomatoes. The original recipe said to drain and rinse the beans, but she did not, just poured in the whole can. This is a chunky chili, not much liquid to it. There were condiments of cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips and minced green onion,I ate it plain and it was delicious,so serve it how you like chili
