AUNT WILMA'S CHEESE DIP
This recipe is from my husbands late Aunt. She would always make this for Christmas and every year we all would look forward to eating it. When she finally gave me the recipe I thought that the combination sounded a little different, my husband doesn't like mushrooms, but he loves this recipe and you can't taste the mushrooms at all. This is an excellent cheese dip for dipping your favorite tortilla chips in.

AUNT NANCY'S FAMOUS HOT CHEESE DIP
This has been my go-to potluck recipe for years! I'm not allowed to enter my friend's parties without it! It's always gone by the end of the night. It's super easy to make, and only dirties one dish. The flavor of the onion and green chilies with the cheese is mild yet savory. Serve with tortilla chips or Doritos.

- Use fresh and high-quality ingredients. This will make a big difference in the overall flavor of the dip.
- Shred your own cheese. Pre-shredded cheese often contains additives that can affect the flavor and texture of the dip.
- Don't overcook the cheese. Overcooked cheese will become rubbery and tough.
- Use a slow cooker to keep the dip warm. This is a great way to keep the dip warm and gooey for hours.
- Serve the dip with a variety of dippers. This will allow your guests to choose their favorite dippers. Some popular dippers include tortilla chips, crackers, bread, vegetables, and fruits.
