1 pound sliced bacon
1 can (8 ounces) whole water chestnuts, drained
1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
1 jar (10 ounces) sweet-and-sour sauce

Steps:

  • Cut each slice of bacon in half widthwise. Wrap a strip around each chestnut or pineapple chunk; secure with toothpicks. Place in an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. 20 large cleaned cooked shrimp (de-shelled)
1 clove garlic (diced)
1/2 bottle chili sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
10 slice bacon (uncooked and cut in half)

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together shrimp, garlic, brown sugar and chilli sauce. Cover and refridgerate at least 2-4 hours, stiring it a few times. Cut the bacon in half side-ways and fry the half slices of bacon until partially cooked, drain. Wrap each shrimp in bacon and secure with a tooth pick. Set oven on broil and broil with tops 2-3 inches from heat until bacon is crispy. Watch closely as it will be a short time.
