BACON WRAPPED STUFFED DATES WITH BALSAMIC REDUCTION
Sinfully delicious!! Salty and sweet, crispy and gooey!! Yum! Surprisingly easy and look fantastic. I had these at a restaurant and then went on a hunt to find a similar recipe. Found one online and tweaked it some. If you use thick cut bacon, par-cook it some before wrapping dates.

Tips:
- Choose ripe but firm dates for best results.
- To easily remove the pits, slice the dates lengthwise and use a paring knife to pop them out.
- You can use a variety of fillings for your dates. Some popular options include goat cheese, blue cheese, almonds, walnuts, and pistachios.
- If you are using a soft cheese, like goat cheese, chill the dates for 30 minutes before wrapping them in bacon. This will help the cheese to firm up and make it easier to handle.
- To get the bacon nice and crispy, cook the dates in a single layer in a preheated oven.
