- Combine the goat cheese, pesto, lemon juice and zest and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper in a small bowl with a rubber spatula. Fill each fig with about 1 teaspoon of the cheese-pesto mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed fig with a slice of bacon, and secure with a toothpick. Put the figs, seam-side down, on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Broil, turning once, until the bacon is cooked through and crispy, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.

Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients. Fresh, flavorful ingredients will make your bacon-wrapped stuffed drumsticks taste their best. Look for drumsticks that are plump and have a good amount of meat on them. Use thick-cut bacon that is not too salty. And choose a stuffing that you love, such as a breadcrumb stuffing, a rice stuffing, or a cornbread stuffing.
- Don't overcook the drumsticks. The drumsticks should be cooked through, but not dry. The best way to tell if they are done is to insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the drumstick. The internal temperature should be 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let the drumsticks rest before serving. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the meat, making the drumsticks more tender and flavorful.
- Serve the drumsticks with your favorite dipping sauce. Some popular options include barbecue sauce, honey mustard, and ranch dressing.
Conclusion:
Bacon-wrapped stuffed drumsticks are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. With a few simple tips, you can make sure that your drumsticks are cooked perfectly and are bursting with flavor. So next time you are looking for a new recipe to try, give bacon-wrapped stuffed drumsticks a try. You won't be disappointed!
