Time 5m

Yield 64 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 5

64 ounces orange juice
64 ounces pineapple juice
750 ml light rum
750 ml coconut rum
grenadine (splash for color)

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in large container. Serve on ice.

Tips:

  • Prep your ingredients: Measure and cut all of your ingredients before you start mixing. This will help you save time and ensure that you don't forget anything.
  • Use fresh fruit: Fresh fruit will give your Bahama Mama the best flavor. If you can't find fresh fruit, you can use frozen fruit, but be sure to thaw it before using.
  • Use a variety of juices: The variety of juices in a Bahama Mama gives it its signature flavor. Be sure to use a combination of citrus juices, such as orange, grapefruit, and lime, as well as pineapple juice.
  • Don't overproof your yeast: If you overproof your yeast, your Bahama Mama will be too sweet and alcoholic. Proof your yeast for about 10 minutes, or until it is foamy and active.
  • Chill your Bahama Mama before serving: Chilling your Bahama Mama will help to meld the flavors and make it more refreshing.

Conclusion:

The Bahama Mama is a delicious and refreshing cocktail that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be enjoyed by people of all ages. Whether you are hosting a party or just relaxing at home, the Bahama Mama is sure to be a hit.
