1 bottle (14 ounces) ketchup
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1 medium green pepper, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks, undrained
Hot cooked rice

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Place chicken in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, soup, green pepper, vinegar, brown sugar and mustard; stir in pineapple. ¼ cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ cup corn oil
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple (not drained)
10 chicken leg quarters

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

1 lb boneless chicken breast half
1 teaspoon salt
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple slices
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon rosemary, crumbled
1 (10 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, halves

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
