Tips:
- Choose a ripe brie. A ripe brie will have a soft, creamy texture and a mild, nutty flavor. Avoid bries that are too hard or have a strong smell, as these are likely to be overripe.
- Use a good quality pesto. The pesto is one of the main flavors in this dish, so it's important to use a good quality one. Look for a pesto that is made with fresh herbs and olive oil.
- Toast the pine nuts. Toasting the pine nuts will bring out their flavor and make them more crunchy. You can toast them in a dry skillet over medium heat for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
- Bake the brie until it is melted and gooey. The brie should be baked until it is melted and gooey in the center. This will take about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Serve the brie immediately. Baked brie is best served immediately, while it is still warm and gooey. You can serve it with crackers, bread, or fruit.
