Tips:
- Use a flavorful peanut butter. Not all peanut butters are created equal. Look for a brand that is made with high-quality peanuts and has a rich, nutty flavor.
- Toasted peanuts add extra flavor. Toasting the peanuts before adding them to the sauce brings out their natural oils and makes them more flavorful.
- Don't be afraid to adjust the heat. The amount of chili powder and cayenne pepper you add to the sauce is up to you. If you like spicy food, add more; if you prefer mild flavors, add less.
- Serve over rice or noodles. This dish is traditionally served over rice or noodles, but you can also serve it over quinoa, cauliflower rice, or your favorite grain.
- Garnish with fresh herbs. Fresh cilantro, basil, or mint add a pop of color and flavor to the dish.
Conclusion:
Baked Chicken in Peanut Sauce is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The chicken is tender and juicy, and the peanut sauce is rich, creamy, and flavorful. Serve it over rice or noodles, and garnish with fresh herbs for a complete meal that is sure to please everyone at the table.
