1/2 cup walnut pieces, chopped
3/4 cup mashed banana
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/4 cups skim milk
1 eggs or 1 egg substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  • 2. Mix dry ingredients.
  • 3. Mix wet ingredients.
