BAKED SPAGHETTI SQUASH
Spaghetti squash is easily prepared in the oven--just cut it in half and bake it until the skin is easily pierced with a fork. You can then use it as a low-carb pasta substitute or turn it into salads. I often just eat it simply with some Parmesan cheese and olive oil. If you want you can season it before you bake it, but I usually spice it up later.

LOW CARB BEEF AND CHEESY SPAGHETTI SQUASH BAKE!
This recipe was inspired by my favourite pasta recipe that was posted by Beck D called Beef and Pasta Bake - the Best! Recipe #133624. Vegetarians can omit the beef. This is my low carb dream come true. Whenever I am craving a cheesy, ground beef pasta dish this is the one I turn to. This is a version that my husband actually prefers to pasta (yes, I am dumbfounded too)....hope you enjoy!

Tips:
- Choose the right spaghetti squash: Look for a firm, heavy squash with a deep yellow color. Avoid any squash with blemishes or soft spots.
- Roast the spaghetti squash properly: Preheat your oven to the right temperature and roast the squash until it is tender and easily pierced with a fork. This will take about 45 minutes to an hour.
- Use a fork to shred the squash: Once the squash is roasted, use a fork to shred it into spaghetti-like strands. This is the easiest and most efficient way to do it.
- Don't overcook the sauce: The sauce for your spaghetti squash dish should be simmered gently until it is heated through. Overcooking the sauce will make it tough and chewy.
- Add your favorite toppings: Once your spaghetti squash dish is cooked, you can add your favorite toppings. Some popular options include grated Parmesan cheese, cooked ground beef, sautéed vegetables, and marinara sauce.
Conclusion:
Baked spaghetti squash is a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional pasta. It is a good source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals, and it is low in calories and carbohydrates. This dish is also very versatile and can be made with a variety of different sauces and toppings. Whether you are looking for a healthy weeknight meal or a special occasion dish, baked spaghetti squash is a great option.
