NIF'S EGGNOG BANANA BREAD
I got a new stand mixer for Christmas and I just had to use it! I modified an old banana bread recipe to make it more "festive" and this is what I got! There is not as much banana flavour as typical banana bread but it's there! Also, skip the rum if you want to. I didn't list specific stand mixer instructions, but I did use it on medium to do the mixing. I hope you like it. Enjoy!

Tips:
- To ensure a moist and fluffy banana eggnog bread, use overripe bananas. The browner the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful they will be.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of eggnog in the recipe depending on your desired flavor and texture. More eggnog will result in a denser, moister bread.
- If you don't have any eggnog on hand, you can substitute it with a mixture of milk and cream. For a richer flavor, use heavy cream.
- For a boozy twist, add a splash of rum or bourbon to the batter. This will give the bread a subtle boozy flavor that perfectly complements the eggnog.
- To add a festive touch, sprinkle the top of the bread with nutmeg or cinnamon sugar before baking.
Conclusion:
Banana eggnog bread is a delicious and easy-to-make holiday treat that is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert.
