1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup pineapple juice
½ cup chocolate-flavored soy milk
8 chunks frozen pineapple
6 frozen whole strawberries
1 small banana

Steps:

  • Blend oats and chia seeds in a blender until powdery; add pineapple juice, chocolate soy milk, pineapple chunks, strawberries, and banana and blend until smooth.

1/2 cup unsweetened strawberries
2tbsp honey
6 ice cubes
1 scoop vanilla ice cream(optional)

  • combine bananas, pineapple, milk, strawberries, and honey in blender. blend untill smooth, start adding ice slowly and blend untill slushy. add whipped topping, chocolate, syrup, and maraschino cherries(optional)
