BARBECUE CHICKEN BUNDLES
I got this recipe a long time ago from a Land O Lakes cooking mag. This is excellent for summer BBQ's as a steak or burger alternative. You can also use different types of cheese as well. You can also broil this dish in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, then turn over and cook for 20 minutes. You will need to half cook the bacon first if you broil this dish!

Tips:
- Choose the right chicken breasts. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are the best choice for this recipe. They cook quickly and evenly, and they're easy to shred.
- Use a flavorful marinade. The marinade is what gives the chicken its flavor, so make sure to use a marinade that you like. There are many different marinade recipes available online, so you can find one that suits your taste.
- Cook the chicken until it is cooked through. The best way to tell if the chicken is cooked through is to use a meat thermometer. The internal temperature of the chicken should be 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Shred the chicken. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks. This will make it easier to eat and will help the chicken absorb the sauce.
- Use a flavorful sauce. The sauce is what brings the whole dish together. There are many different sauce recipes available online, so you can find one that suits your taste.
- Serve the chicken bundles with your favorite sides. Some popular sides include rice, potatoes, and vegetables.
