2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups coleslaw mix
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 cup baked beans
2-2/3 cups shredded cooked chicken
2/3 cup barbecue sauce
8 tostada shells
1 cup shredded smoked cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat broiler. Mix the first 4 ingredients; toss with coleslaw mix and green onions. Refrigerate until serving., Place beans in a small saucepan; mash with a potato masher until smooth. 4 small flour tortillas (6 inch)
1 cup water
1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
1 can (11 oz.) corn, drained
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray both sides of tortillas with cooking spray; place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.

1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 3-4 limes)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil (plus more for brushing)
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
6 pieces boneless skinless chicken
8 small corn tortillas, 5-6 inches
1 1/2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
green onions (optional) or tomatoes (optional)

Steps:
