1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
SAUCE:
1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon Liquid Smoke, optional
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-in. balls. , Place meatballs on a greased rack in a shallow baking pan. 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 egg white
1 (20 ounce) package lean ground turkey, any variety
1 green onion, with top sliced
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
1 teaspoon reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (optional)
nonstick cooking spray

Steps:

  • Slow Cooker Directions: Combine cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce in slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH 20 to 30 minutes or until cranberry sauce is melted and mixture is hot, stirring every 10 minutes.
